hetic day in my dept.

Hi ... it's Monday again....a hetic monday for my dept.... everyone seems stress. old issue unsolved and new issue pop out! hoho....i dono what i can do in the dept.... :(... a bit scard here....okie, so have to be serious and be goody goody today LOL.... HOPE can help out here.... unfortunately i can't do anything, so what i can help out here is to make sure my dept have no drop call ratio above 5% today.... (^.^)
