huh.....

Aiyks,
just get an angry customer to call.... start shouting at me.... and BIG Complaining..... but i dono why, no energy and mood to get angry also..... is this means that MY EQ level has been upgraded.... haha.... hope so.....

I personally love this phrase " When you lose, Don't lose the Lesson"..... hope the days will be getting better.... really 'SHUI' recently.....
